The place was clean and stuff where very informative, I liked best possible location. The staff did all they can for the best stay. Service was brilliant too. Apart from that, university of central lancashire was 10 minutes away by driving.

The breakfast was excellent, plus the location was perfect. Everything created a warm atmosphere. The bed in the room was comfortable. Great place for one night.
